Throughout the class, participants will:
Practice mindful engagement with natural materials by slowing down, using their senses, and becoming fully present as they work with flowers, foliage, textures, colors, and fragrances.
Explore the therapeutic benefits of flowers and plants, including how nature-based activities can help reduce stress, promote emotional balance, and foster a sense of connection and renewal.
Create a personalized hand-tied bouquet using seasonal blooms and greenery, expressing their creativity while learning basic floral design principles such as color harmony, balance, and composition.
Reflect on their relationship with nature and personal well-being through guided discussion and self-reflection activities that encourage awareness, gratitude, and connection to the natural world.
Develop practical bouquet-making skills that can be used at home for personal enjoyment, gift-giving, or future floral projects.
Participants will leave with a beautiful handcrafted bouquet, increased confidence in floral arranging, and a deeper appreciation for the role nature can play in supporting overall wellness and self-care.
